We start each day with feeding and cleaning. Cats get two meals a day - breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00 and dinner around 18:30 [in the case of a special diet, we follow the instructions provided by the pet's Owner]. Changing the diet may cause stress for the cat therefore we rely on the products provided by the cat Owner. We also use cat diet supplements on request.
We give cats only bottled spring water. Water is changed once a day, and all dishes used in the hotel are washed in high temperatures in the dishwasher.
The food provided by you is stored in the conditions indicated by the feed manufacturer. Dry food is poured into marked, hermetic cans. We have a large fridge where canned food is kept in case of hot weather.
During the registation we ask about the information about the individual needs and habits of your pet. The cat sees the petsitter for most of a day. As a rule, we talk to cats and regularly check on them.
During a weekly stay we send two multimedia messages in the form of a video with a kitty or photos and information about the course of the holidays.
We respond to inquiries about the general condition of the kitty by text messages or short emails during Kateria's working hours apart from feeding and cleaning time. We also have ready installation for a camera system in apartments, but you will have to wait a little longer for this service.
