GENERAL INFORMATION

• Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in begins at 12:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM the next day.
• We Only Accept Cats:
  • Cats must be healthy and indoor-only.
  • They should have up-to-date vaccinations (administered no less than 2 years ago, or if newly vaccinated, at least 2 weeks before their stay).
  • Cats should be dewormed (if not currently dewormed, we recommend using spot-on treatments like Advocate or Stronghold).
  • Non-aggressive cats that use the litter box are welcome.
  • We accept neutered/spayed adult cats or kittens over 5 months old.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE FOR CATS

First Visit: The cat should arrive with its owner.

Subsequent Visits: We allow delivery by a trusted cat courier.

Cats should come with:

• A health book or a passport (noting current vaccinations and deworming).
• In a cat transport bag or pet container
• Food for the duration of the stay (you can also provide instructions for special dietary needs or feeding preferences).
• Medications and instructions for non-infectious chronic conditions.
• Their favorite toy or blanket (if it can be washed in case of dirt).

Each cat guest receives a starter package with a toy, treats, and a surprise from the hotel.

RESERVATION PROCESS

• Before your cat’s first visit to the hotel, please download the reservation form from the link and send it to us via email 📧.
• Upon receiving the form, we will make the reservation and prepare an appropriate room and conditions for a cat guest.
• Subsequent visits can be reserved by confirming availability via phone or e-mail.

CAT RECEPTION HOURS

• Check-in for Cats: By prior appointment and after completing the reservation form, cats can be checked in on the following days:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

• Cat Check-out: Also by prior appointment, cats can be checked out on the following days:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

For cat pick-up or drop-off between 9:30 PM and 8:30 AM, there is a fee of 30 PLN.

Although we provide cat care services 7 days a week, we do not handle check-ins or check-outs on Sundays and holidays. Exceptions are made only for urgent situations.

Our time is divided between our guests and their feline companions, so we kindly request punctual arrivals to ensure maximum attention to our cat guests. 😺
